Seniors can receive useful and objective information, assistance and advocacy in a variety of areas. Caregiver information services offers assistance to caregivers at their time of need, particularly creating a care plan for the new caregiver and coordinating respite services.
Open to all seniors and caregivers. This program is provided by Catholic Charities Senior & Caregiver Support Services.
