Local resident and psychologist, Dr. Adelia Moore, PhD, has recently published a Kirkus-reviewed book on parenting entitled "Being the Grownup: Love, Limits, and the Natural Authority of Parenthood." She will be speaking on the inspiration for her book, read some passages and host a Q&A session afterwards. Parents interested in attending a parenting group will also have the opportunity to sign up for upcoming sessions headed by Dr. Moore.
