Meet with a Health Insurance Navigator

Third Thursday of the Month

A representative from the Healthcare Consortium visits the library the third Thursday of every month to meet with residents and assist them with signing up for affordable health coverage, including Medicaid and Child Health Plus, through the New York State of Health: the Official Health Plan Marketplace. The mission of the Healthcare Consortium is improving access to healthcare and supporting the health and well-being of people in our rural community.

Digital Navigators of the Hudson Valley can help you find low-cost internet service, get your device working, and do things on computers or smartphones.

by the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS; imls.gov) and administered by Southeastern NY Library Resources Council.

Museum Pass Program

Museum Pass offerings have recently been updated. Click here to see what’s new, including the Empire Pass for admission to NY State Parks!

The Columbia County Libraries Association now offer passes for admission to many local museums, historical sites and other places of interest. It’s easier than ever to borrow a pass, with online reservations and many available to print at home! This program is made possible by a grant from the Ellsworth Kelly Foundation to the Columbia County Libraries Association. Please click here to access the online reservation system. Hoopla has arrived at the New Lebanon Libray! Borrow eBooks, audiobooks, movies and more with no wait lists! Follow this link: https://www.hoopladigital.com/ and set up your account with your library card. Your may borrow 4 items per month, and temporarily download items to watch later. There’s even an app for that! Hoopla has a little something for everyone!
