Healthcare Consortium: Health Insurance Navigator

Meet with a Health Insurance Navigator

Third Thursday of the Month

A representative from the Healthcare Consortium visits the library the third Thursday of every month to meet with residents and assist them with signing up for affordable health coverage, including Medicaid and Child Health Plus, through the New York State of Health: the Official Health Plan Marketplace. The mission of the Healthcare Consortium is improving access to healthcare and supporting the health and well-being of people in our rural community.
