Developed by the Office of New York Governor Andrew M. Cuomo to create a resilient and prepared New York for high-risk disasters, the presentation will give a comprehensive overview on how to prepare for natural and man-made disasters and how to respond to and recover from them. The session will provide information on types of common disasters, ways to prepare as an individual, family and community member, and what to do when disaster strikes.
